To be scored for the Overall TVCC Club Award, a Yacht club must field at least three boats, one of which must be a keelboat from either the spinnaker or non-spinnaker fleet. Race committee has sole discretion to move any boat to any class and to combine classes, this shall not be grounds for protest or redress.

In the event of a tie, the club that beat the other club(s) the most times over the whole series in all fleets is the winner. In the event that there is still a tie, the club that beat the other club(s) most in the last race across all three fleets will be the winner.
